The right to self govern is unalienable,
in other words it cannot be removed ever by anybody, it is our birthright it is bestowed upon us the moment we are born live.
law is about justice it has never been about Prevention .
If law was about prevention every man and woman would be walking the streets in handcuffs for every man and woman has the potential to cause physical harm with their own hands to another .
It is a fact of nature that nobody has a crystal ball to tell the future ,therefore laws preventing men and women from acting as themselves under their own self governance is unlawful and an act of trespass against you.
Now lets make it abundantly clear, for there to be a crime committed there must be a injured party.
When one looks into nature one can see clearly that no natural animal on this planet including mankind has a right to control another.
However many political advocates would state otherwise.?
We all have the free will to do as we please, however that doesn’t mean we have the right to harm others for that would be unlawful and a breach of anothers right to live in peace as a self governing Man or woman.
Society does not have the right to tell individuals how they must live their lives, society has no right to place any legislation upon a free people that takes away their rights to liberty and or prosperity.
No society has the right to enforce laws or legislation that go against the rights of or places financial burden on others when they are causing no harm to anybody else.
If we did that to others we would be perpetrating a criminal act against anothers
Fundamental freedoms and Rights.
laws are about Justice therefore as such they should perform Justice, if somebody causes harm or loss to another then via a competent court of jurisdiction they will lose the right to live their lives as they see fit and only then are they subject to penalties or imprisonment.
We are all inocent until factually proven guilty beyond a shadow of doubt.
Many don’t bother to ask why these laws are put in place nor has the free people been consulted or included in the making of such laws.
Infact the laws we see today go against the very principles of natural law and that of our fundamental rights, yet we are told that they are there for the greater good.
What a load of crap.
These laws are only there to gain access to the money in your pockets.
Not many even stop to consider the harm thats caused by these unlawful laws and Governance.
The financial harm caused can be life changing in many ways especially to those just fighting to make ends meet.
Not to mention the effect it has on the lives of our children
let’s take driving for instance now driving is a act of commerce a job were you make money from the people ,truck taxi and so on.
Where is travelling is a lawful act performed by a free individual to travel from place to place ,its your right to travel by what ever means are available to you.
Society has stated that one cannot travel from place to place in an automobile without paying a fee for that right.
However the right to travel has been fought for and protected for many centuries and decades.
Infact it was only removed as a right over the last 50 60 years and all for the love of revenue for state.
This new law prevents anybody from travelling on the public owned highways thats right roads we own collectively without a license or registered automobile .
Does this law prevent anybody from causing incidents or accidents ?
Does this law prevent anybody from being able to live their lives as they see fit ?
Surely one can see by now that these laws are merly there for revenue raising.
What is natural in nature is also supposed to be natural in political nature .
After all governments were created to protect our rights and freedoms not errode them.

To interfere or molester with the rights and the free will of others it is unlawful and criminal .
We were all born with the right the free will to live in peace and in harmony with nature .
How can mankind be able to live in harmony with nature when consistently bombarded with legislation and unlawful acts and colours of law that remove the rights of the individual ?
So what is natural law ?
How long has it been around ?
What Is it relevance today ?
Every Man Or Woman subject to the laws must as a natural right have a say in the making of the laws by being an active contributer to the laws.
The Supreme and High Court recognized the importance of the divine influence of natural law very early on in history and put in place safe gaurds to protect it called constitutions bills and Declarations of rights ,and lets not forget our Common laws ?.
The laws enacted by men, are concerned with what is good or bad by its very nature;
They command men and women to follow what is right and to shun what is wrong, adding at the same time a suitable sanction.
Unfortunately as history will show, law has been abused by individuals to enslave by many in the past .
In my opinion thats only because we as a people forget the foundations for law and forget to stand up for our rights.
These such laws today are made and manipulated by tyrants and by no means derive their origin from the people or nature;
No they derived these things from their own mates club.
just as a civil society did not create mankinds nature, so neither can it be said to be the author of the good which befits mankinds nature, or of the evil which is contrary to it.
Laws come before men live together in society and have their origin in the natural, and consequently in the eternal, law.
The precepts, therefore, of the natural law, contained bodily in the laws of men, have not merely the force of mans law, but they possess that higher and more august sanction which belongs to the law of nature and the eternal law,Gods law.
It has already been stated that our inceptive knowledge of the natural law proceeds not merely by book learning or custom, but from natural awareness of the ordering of mankinds nature itself.
Its primary precept of pursuing good and avoiding evil and its immediate conclusions are indemonstrable; yet they are self-evident principles of the practical reason.
Chistian philosophers such as St. Thomas Aquinas perpetuated this idea, asserting that natural law was common to all peoples—Christian and non-Christian alike—while adding that revealed law gave Christians an additional guide for their actions.
In modern times, the theory of natural law became the chief basis for the development of the theory of international law.
The unwritten body of universal moral principles that underlie the ethical and legal norms by which human conduct is sometimes evaluated and governed.
Natural law is often contrasted with positive law, which consists of the written rules and regulations enacted by government.
The term Adherents to natural law philosophy are known as naturalists.
Naturalists believe that natural law principles are an inherent part of nature and exist regardless of whether government recognizes or enforces them.
Naturalists further believe that governments must incorporate natural law principles into their legal systems before justice can be achieved.
There are three schools of natural law theory: divine natural law, secular natural law, and historical natural law.
Divine natural law represents the system of principles believed to have been revealed or inspired by God or some other supreme and supernatural being.
These divine principles are typically reflected by authoritative religious writings such as Scripture.
Secular natural law represents the system of principles derived from the physical, biological, and behavioral laws of nature as perceived by the human intellect and elaborated through reason.
Historical natural law represents the system of principles that has evolved over time through the slow accretion of custom, tradition, and experience.
Each school of natural law influenced the Founding Fathers during the nascent years of England U.S.A and Commonwealth law in the eighteenth century and continue to influence the decision-making process of state and federal courts of competent jurisdiction today.
This is known as Common law of the land.
Natural law is common to all.
Mankind must know all the Rules to a game we are to be confined by dont you think ?
After all not knowing all the rules puts every man and women in danger of committing an offence against the law.
Create no intentional harm is easy for all to comprehend,is it not ?
Natural laws and natural rights are common,
Create no harm and be excellent to eachother then one has fulfilled the law.
Natural law is clearly distinguished from the eternal law—God himself or the principle of his governance of all creatures —on the one hand, and the divine law, i.e., the positive law contained in the Bible, on the other.
The eternal law is the ground of the natural law, and natural law must be supplemented by the divine law if man is to reach eternal felicity and if no evil is to remain unpunished.
All creatures participate in the eternal law insofar as they possess, by virtue of divine providence, inclinations toward their proper acts and ends.
Rational beings participate in divine providence in a more excellent manner because they can exercise some providence for themselves;
they can know the ends toward which they are by nature inclined as good and direct themselves toward them.
Man is by nature inclined toward a variety of ends which possess a natural order; they ascend from self-preservation and procreation via life in society toward knowledge of God.
Natural law directs men’s action toward those ends by commands and prohibitions.
Freedom is a condition in which people have the opportunity to speak, act and pursue happiness without unnecessary external restrictions.
Freedom is important because it leads to enhanced expressions of creativity and original thought, increased productivity, and an overall high quality of life.
One of human basic needs is freedom that play central role in social process.
Mankinds development means to expand Man and womans choices, which its required to as freedom concept.
Mankinds development is the most important factor of welfare improvement where the freedom is an essential instrument to achieve it.
The purpose of this blog is to help others comprehend the freedom concept and different ideas and emphasize the role of freedom to access mankinds development indicators.
Democracy Itself is used as a freedom indicator.
Politicians know exactly who votes and who doesn’t.
A decline in voters or a increase in abstained ballots are great indications of freedoms being ignored and people becoming pissed off to put it lightly.
Freedom can protect mankind against natural disasters (such as flood, earthquake, drought etc), social problems (such as mortality, low life expectancy and illiteracy) and economic problems (like unfair income distribution, low income per capita and so on) by expanding human choices and providing democratic relations in society.
Also, the freedom is caused to maximize social welfare by providing fairly income distribution and political and social freedom.
Children get it when many Adults forget.
Why Freedom Matters in My Life

Freedom is one of the most important things in my life because without it I would be unable to do many things.
There would still be slaves and there would be no democracy.
Freedom is very important to me because I don’t want to live in a country where I can’t read certain books or one where a woman will get arrested if she doesn`t where a veil.
I want to live in a country with freedom of speech, freedom of religion, freedom of the press, freedom of protest and most importantly freedom to life unmolested.
It is important to have freedom of speech because without it people would HAVE to say what the government wants them to.
Freedom of religion is very important because without that you could get kicked out of the country if you didn`t believe in what the government believes.
If there was no freedom of press no one would know what’s really going on because every newspaper would be controlled by the government.
If there also was no freedom of protest you could get in jail for the rest of your life for saying a decision the government made was wrong.
I also want to live in a country with logical punishments.
I don’t want to live in a country where if you’re the governor`s best friend but you do something drastic you have to only do community service for one month or a country where if you steal a purse you have to go to jail for the rest of your life.
I don’t want to live in a country where the government control the people like puppets.
I want to live in a country where the people have their own rights.
A country like America.
And that’s why freedom matters to me.
Now thats a Smart kid if you ask me. ?
Freedom is a condition in which people have the opportunity to speak, act and pursue happiness without unnecessary external restrictions.
Freedom is important because it leads to enhanced expressions of creativity and original thought, increased productivity, and an overall high quality of life.
These things are protected in natural law and of nature’s rights.
unbridled freedoms give mankind the ability to work together in collaboration.
The unwritten body of universal moral principles that underlie the ethical and legal norms by which mankinds conduct is sometimes evaluated and governed.
Natural law is often contrasted with positive law, which consists of the written rules and regulations enacted by government.
John Locke wrote,
mankind lives according to three principles—liberty, equality, and self-preservation.
Because no government exists in the state of nature to offer police protection or regulate the distribution of goods and benefits, each individual has a right to self-preservation that he or she may exercise on equal footing with everyone else.
This right includes the liberties to enjoy a peaceful life, accumulate wealth and property, and otherwise satisfy personal needs and desires consistent with the coterminous liberties of others.
Anyone who deprives another person of his or her rights in the state of nature, Locke argued, violates the principle of equality.
Ultimately, Locke wrote, the state of nature proves unsatisfying.
Mankinds liberty is neither equally fulfilled nor protected.
Because individuals possess the liberty to delineate the limits of their own personal needs and desires in the state of nature, greed, narcissism, and self-interest eventually rise to the surface, causing irrational and excessive behavior and placing mankinds safety at risk.
Seriously tell me who owns you ?
Who has the right to tell you whats right or wrong , good or bad for you ?
Who has the right to tell you what you think or believe ?
(Nobody but you)
Thus, Locke concluded, the law of nature leads people to establish a government that is empowered to protect life, liberty, and property.
Since the beginning of time Natural rights and laws have been the guide for much of mankinds history.
One thing is sure,
Only when individuals congregations or body politics stray or start interfering with the fundamental unalienable natural rights of mankind do we start to see a gradual discontent rise for the systems of man.
Do you comprehend you’re rights or do you need a dictator to tell you what rights you have.
You are the creators creation not mans creation.
He or she who creates owns, remember that.
Did governments create you or did you create Governments .
One is a slave one is free ,so it matters big time.
Unfortunately corruption is rife and complacency is in abundance this is why we are seeing pains ,tribulations and the suffering of many.
We must never forget our foundations and we must now become one people to end this trespass against us once and for all.
Politicians cant do it they are part of the problem.
Violence cant do it as it will destroy much of what we have built.
Nothing but one people united can right these wrongs against us and give our children hope Prosperity and freedom for centuries to come.
First you need to get mad about these injustices then you need Organise yourselves into one people under a platform you the people control.
Once organised we can accomplish anything weut our minds to.
We can create any system we so choose.
We must not limit ourselves to systems tried and failed.
We need take what has worked and throw away what doesn’t and we must do it together or it will be all for nothing.
