Is our Commonwealth being liquidated 🤔

What is difference between liquidation and administration?

Is our Commonwealth being liquidated 🤔

When we look around us these days it seems that government thinks it has the right to do what ever it likes.

As Australians we see our public lands resources and assets being sold or leased to foreign investors on a regular basis.

It is of great concern to many and many people often ask how do these politicians seem to get away with these things.

Here in this article we shall discuss a theory many have as to how government is able to just sell off our assets without the approval of the people.

One thing before we go further.

What if the world you know above the surface right now was actually in reality way different then you could exspect.

What if your constitution your sovereignty was unsurped by a group of foreign entities including a foreign Crown acting under rules of usufruct and international rules of engagement.

As many should be aware by now that follow this website ,it is clear we have a different crown and law operating here in the commonwealth of Australia .

We no longer see the Christian protestant Imperial crown depicted as much as we did in the 20s 30s 40s.

Today we see the st Edwards crown which is said to be Roman Catholic .

We also no longer see Common Law prevail in our courts instead we see admiralty law upheld.

Rights to fee simple land ownership and the fruits of our labors in full are ignored.

Our Fundamental unalienable Rights under god ignored and all done so without approval of the people.

Surly by now the reader knows she aint right anymore.

Ok so Lets first look at Insolvency.
Insolvency can be considered a financial “state of being”, when a company is unable to pay its debts or when it has more liabilities than assets on its balance sheet, this being legally referred to as “technical insolvency”.

Liquidation is the legal ending of a limited company?

The primary difference between the two procedures is that a company administration
aims to help the company repay debts in order to escape insolvency (if possible), whereas liquidation is the process of selling all assets before dissolving the company completely.

What is ADMINISTRATION?
Blacks law.

In public law. The administration of government means the practical management and direction of the executive department, or of the public machinery or functions, or of the operations of the various organs of the sovereign.
The term “administration” is is conventionally applied to the whole class of public functionaries or those in charge of the management of the executive department People v. Salisbury, 134 Mich. 537, 90 N. W. 930.

Administration (government)

The term administration, as used in the context of government, differs according to jurisdiction.

In American usage, the term generally refers to the executive branch under a specific president (or governor, mayor, or other local executive); or the term of a particular executive; for example: “President Y’s administration” or “Secretary of Defense X during President Y’s administration.”

It can also mean an executive branch agency headed by an administrator, as the Small Business Administration or the National Archives and Records Administration.

The term “administration” has been used to denote the executive branch in presidential systems of government.

Europe

The term’s usage in Europe varies by country, but most typically the word “administration” refers to managerial functions in general, which may include local governments, or the hierarchy of national and local government, that applies to a town or district.

More specifically, it may refer to public administration, the business of administering public policy as determined by government.

However, outside France and Romania, this usage of the word is unconventional

England

For the British sense of the word, most countries (be they English-speaking or not) use the term government, referring to the “administration” example ,of Winston Churchill as the “Churchill government”.

This is also true of the non-European members of the Commonwealth of Nations.

An older, chiefly Commonwealth usage, is the term “ministry”, as in “Churchill Ministry”, which is still in official and academic use in Britain, Australia and Canada to refer the terms of prime ministers.

Depending on the type of government, the word coalition may be used for a specific government.

In the Netherlands, cabinet is the most-used term (as in “the fourth Balkenende cabinet”), although “coalition” or “government” are also used when one does not refer to a specific coalition (note that the two terms have slightly different meanings).

However if one is to look more closely at history one would find all forms of governance in the Commonwealth to be in administration since the end of ww2.

Liquidation

“Winding-up”
The examples and perspective in this article deal primarily with the United Kingdom and do not represent a worldwide view of the subject.

Liquidation is the process in accounting by which a company is brought to an end in the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Republic of Ireland, Cyprus, United States and Italy.

The assets and property of the company are redistributed.

Liquidation is also sometimes referred to as winding-up or dissolution, although dissolution technically refers to the last stage of liquidation.

The process of liquidation also arises when customs, an authority or agency in a country responsible for collecting and safeguarding customs duties, determines the final computation or ascertainment of the duties or drawback accruing on an entry.

Liquidation may either be compulsory (sometimes referred to as a creditors’ liquidation following bankruptcy, which may result in the court creating a “liquidation trust”) or voluntary (sometimes referred to as a shareholders’ liquidation, although some voluntary liquidations are controlled by the creditors).

The term “liquidation” is also sometimes used informally to describe a company seeking to divest of some of its assets.

For instance, a retail chain may wish to close some of its stores.
For efficiency’s sake, it will often sell these at a discount to a company specializing in real estate liquidation instead of becoming involved in an area it may lack sufficient expertise in to operate with maximum profitability.

List of administrative divisions by country

The table below indicates the types and, where known, numbers of administrative divisions used by countries and their major dependent territories.

It is ordered alphabetically by country name in English.

Administrative divisions by country Member and observer states of the United Nations

World administrative levels

An administrative division, unit, entity, area or region, also referred to as a subnational entity, constituent unit, or country subdivision, is a portion of a country or other region delineated for the purpose of administration.

Administrative divisions are granted a certain degree of autonomy and are usually required to manage themselves through their own local governments.

Countries are divided up into these smaller units to make managing their land and the affairs of their people easier.

A country may be divided into provinces, states, counties, cantons or other sub-units, which, in turn, may be divided in whole or in part into municipalities, counties or others.

Administrative divisions are conceptually separate from dependent territories, with the former being an integral part of the state and the other being only under some lesser form of control.

However, the term “administrative division” can include dependent territories as well as accepted administrative divisions (for example, in geographical databases).

For clarity and convenience the standard neutral reference for the largest administrative subdivision of a country is called the “first-level administrative division” or “first administrative level”. Next smaller is called “second-level administrative division” or “second administrative level”.

Examples of administrative divisions

World political divisions

In many of the following terms originating from British cultural influence, areas of relatively low mean population density might bear a title of an entity one would expect to be either larger or smaller.

There is no fixed rule, for “all politics is local” as is perhaps well demonstrated by their relative lack of systemic order.

In the realm of self-government, any of these can and does occur along a stretch of road—which for the most part is passing through rural unsettled countryside.

Since the terms are administrative political subdivisions of the local regional government their exact relationship and definitions are subject to home rule considerations, tradition, as well as state statute law and local governmental (administrative) definition and control.

In British cultural legacy, some territorial entities began with fairly expansive counties which encompass an appreciably large area, but were divided over time into a number of smaller entities.

Within those entities are the large and small cities or towns, which may or may not be the county seat.

Some of the world’s larger cities culturally, if not officially, span several counties, and those crossing state or provincial boundaries have much in common culturally as well, but are rarely incorporated within the same municipal government.

Many sister cities share a water boundary, which quite often serves as a border of both cities and counties.
For example, Cambridge and Boston,
Massachusetts appear to the casual traveler as one large city, while locally they each are quite culturally different and occupy different counties.

And then theres Administration by Usufruct meaning ,The right of reaping the fruits (fructus) of things belonging to others, without destroying or wasting the subject over which such rights extend.

This is can also be through occupation or administration in or at war or conquered lands including all assets .

When one looks at the historical record its clear that the British empire including the commonwealth has been occupied in this way.

If one also weighs up

A. The fall of the british empire

B. The change of crown

C. The change in law

D. The change in flag

E. The change from league of nations to united nations

F. The various treatys and agreements

G. The birth of the EU

All these things and more happening in a 10 year period from 1945 to 1955 its clear something big went down that the average joe blow did not see nor hear about.

What came next was even more puzzling.

The unidriot treaty of rome the liber agreements the Commonwealth of Australia removed from notes and coins the Australia act and many other acts preformed by a clearly evident unconstitutional administrator in control of our Commonwealth.

All while Australians are asleep at the wheel.

Now we have the NWO New World Order right on our door step.

Bellow is a Wikipedia link that shows administrative divisions clearly as well as a list of administrator governments.

Yes we know Wikipedia is not a great example for credibility however the fact this list even exists is of interest dont you think 🤔

So are we being liquidated, administered or in insolvency ?

Do we have foreign policy and or administrators running our country into the ground ?

Are or assets and resources being pillaged.

Is our peoples will rights and constitutional foundations being ignored 🤔

Well we shall let you decide .
