We dont need no forced control.
We are the free people of the Imperial crown Commonwealth of Australia.
We are not slaves or puppets to be Controlled.
Our Commonwealth was built by free people all leaders in their own right.
We the free united people created the indissoluble Federal Commonwealth of Australia under the Imperial Christian protestant crown realm.
For many people ‘leadership’ is a dirty word and they don’t want anything to do with it as they experience it as being elitist, divisive and negative.
Yet from our perspective, we see all sorts of people leading every day.
We need to reclaim the word ‘leadership’ for everyone.
This will inevitably involve disrupting the old narrative.
This is already happening as new generations of leaders start to make a difference in our society.
But we need to reclaim leadership for everyone, not just the new generations.
Every voice is of value.
Experience and age does not denote what you’ve got to contribute to society.
A new narrative for leadership will be created by having dialogue between people from diverse groups across our society.
We believe everyone is a leader and, together, we can create a better future.
WHETHER leaders are born or made has been a subject of intense debate almost since the beginning of time.
But, with current management theory indicating that “we are all leaders now”, the issue is assuming ever greater importance.
We Are All Leaders
Everyone can be a leader: it’s not a position or job title.
Leadership is a process.
It is distributed across a group as people collaborate and can emerge from different people at different times.
Rather than always standing out in front with in inspiring vision, leaders today need to be able to make the space for people to create the future together.
Today’s world is now far too complex for one brain to be effective in deciding the future of an organisation.
Great leaders help people have a larger vision of themselves.
Leaders look for the potential in followers that followers often don’t recognize in themselves.
You Don’t Need a Title to Be a Leader.
Demonstrate your value by your behavior and work,
not by the name of your positionLeadership is the word generously being used by the so called Harvards, Big B schools, Corporates as if it is some elixir of life, the ultimate career title , as if these institutions have all rights & methods to produce something called as a leaders.
Then there are Life coaches, Career Coaches who will advertise that they will take an individual or company to great heights, produce a factory of leaders, they have techniques like test of reasoning, simulations, psychometric testing and counseling to generate the ultimate DNA called as Leaders- They themselves are struggling to get jobs and yet boast about their tools to assess whether someone can become a Leader.
Who is a Leader– In the past we attributed this title to someone who makes an impact, a change in the way of living, ideologies, taking the first step to confront , taking the first step in protesting, taking the first hit ,taking the first beatings, taking the blame, protecting the ones who are with him/her,leading people for a specific cause and we had many good & bad leaders.
You have business leaders– who created a positive disruption in the economy and in the lives of people, flattened the world
Social Reformers- Leaders created awakening in the society,made us more humane.
Saviours- Bravehearts who risked their lives to save others like every soldier who defends the nation,protects the citizens is a leader, like Neerja Bhanot the 23 yrd old airhostess who took a bullet to save 359 lives and there are others who are ordinary but do extraordinary deeds.
Then there are those so called true Political leaders who are supposed to work for the betterment of society.
Definition of Leadership has to change, it is not about Tall titles & Grades,it is not about fat pay packages, it is not about experience ,age,knowledge, it is not about how many people you supervise like saying that I manage a team of 500 people or 4000 people- how does it matter to anyone.
Most of the Sr.Executives want their team to innovate,come forth with ideas- how can they be leaders if they cannot first put in their 50 cents of innovation or transformation path, people will not respect if you don’t lead by examples, by saying Transformation & innovation 100 times doesn’t make anyone an Innovator or a Transformationist.
Every Consultant- even the freshers are leaders if they are in charge of their job, they own the job, who do we rely on- Our soldiers who are fielded on our borders rather than the Army Generals who work in Headquarters and report into the Politicians.
What we experiences today is the shift from trees structures into networks, there is decentralization yet interconnectedness, even large organizations like Army follow the new decentralized yet collaborative structure, any soldier should or could take command if necessity of circumstances requires so.

The notion of having a “leader” who others will follow is a myth.
Sadly, we see many people titled as “leaders” these days — probably because the word manager is a bad one nowadays.
Re-branding managers as leaders! With all the nice and fluffy advice such as:
coach people — as if coaching was something that can be instilled top-down.
generate enthusiasm — as if enthusiasm was something that can be generated on demand.
say “we” — as if that is not something obvious or especially when you mean “you” but want to look a part of the team.
develop people — as if people cannot develop themselves or as if they can be developed by using some external force.
give credit — as if people needed to be given credit to do any work
be the one who asks — as if no-one else should be asking questions and having a healthy skeptical attitude
say “let’s go!” — as if there was no customer whose needs and problems are to be solved
This has resulted in an avalanche of leaders — now we have not only leaders, but also team leaders, technical leaders, community leaders, agile leaders and many others.
So wake up! We do not need strong leaders that others can enthusiastically follow.
Even the greatest leader has only a limited knowledge, a limited set of ideas, a limited views on problems.
It is certainly lower than the ones of a larger group of people working together in a collaborative fashion: sharing their ideas, combining them together, criticizing them, finding their weaknesses.
Remember: if you need a leader to create enthusiasm or to show the direction, you are probably missing one fundamental thing — the people or at least understanding of their needs and problems.
What we do need is collaborative leadership.
Something completely different, something that happens between people.
By leadership here I mean the environment that makes every member of the team feel valuable, willing to share his or her ideas and not being afraid to both give and receive feedback and learn from that.
In this scenario, everyones becomes a leader of sorts. Or, everyone becomes an equal and valued member of the team. And teams can achieve great things.
the whole idea of some people being leaders is dogshit when it comes to dealing with complex problems.
We don’t need no leaders (but we do need education and unity of the free people ;)).
Leaders are just like managers — a relict of Tayloristic management, a group of chosen “elite” that is better than the others.
What we do need is leadership.
And that has to be nurtured and grown by the entire organization and collaboration of you the free people of the Commonwealth of Australia .

We must make a choice between being lead by others or leading ourselves .
Its time we took Self ownership of ourselves rather than allow others to continue to control us.
As one people one country we can accomplish anything we so choose to.
Its time to put things right and work as one to free not just our country our people but the people of the world from dictators and power hungry elitists and controllers.
The corruption and removal of our rights must end and it starts with YOU.
