The Eureka Rebellion was a rebellion in 1854, instigated by gold miners in Ballarat, Victoria, Australia, who revolted against the colonial authority of the United Kingdom. It culminated in the Battle of the Eureka Stockade, which was fought between miners and the colonial forces of Australia on 3 December 1854 at Eureka Lead and named for the stockade structure built by miners during the conflict. The rebellion resulted in the deaths of at least 27 people, the majority of whom were rebels.
The rebellion was the culmination of a period of civil disobedience in the Ballarat region during the Victorian gold rush with miners objecting to the expense of a miner’s licence, taxation via the licence without representation, and the actions of the government, the police and military. The local rebellion grew from a Ballarat Reform League movement and culminated in the erection by the rebels of a crude battlement and a swift and deadly siege by colonial forces.
Mass public support for the captured rebels in the colony’s capital of Melbourne when they were placed on trial resulted in the introduction of the Electoral Act 1856, which mandated suffrage for male colonists in the lower house in the Victorian parliament. This is considered the second instituted act of political democracy in Australia. Female colonists of South Australia were awarded suffrage 5 years later on condition of owning property, much in the way men did not have full suffrage in the absence of property ownership. As such, the Eureka Rebellion is controversially identified with the birth of democracy in Australia and interpreted by some as a political revolt.

Magna Carta Lawful Rebellion

Many thousands of people have since become aware of the Lawful Rebellion that is available to them under the Magna Carta and in supporting upholding Common Law which remains the Law of the Land.
It is crucial to define the difference between legal and lawful. The generic Constitution references genuine law. The present civil authorities and their courts use the word legal. Is there a difference in the meanings? The following is quoted from A Dictionary of Law 1893:
LAWFUL.
In accordance with the law of the land; according to the law; permitted, sanctioned, or justified by law. “Lawful” properly implies a thing conformable to or enjoined by law; “Legal”, a thing in the form or after the manner of law or binding by law. A writ or warrant issuing from any court, under color of law, is a “legal” process however defective.
LEGAL.
Latin legalis. Pertaining to the understanding, the exposition, the administration, the science and the practice of law: as, the legal profession, legal advice; legal blanks, newspaper. Implied or imputed in law. Opposed to actual
“Legal” looks more to the letter [form/appearance], and “Lawful” to the spirit [substance/content], of the law.
“Legal” is more appropriate for conformity to positive rules of law; “Lawful” for accord with ethical principle.
“Legal” imports rather that the forms [appearances] of law are observed, that the proceeding is correct in method, that rules prescribed have been obeyed; “Lawful” that the right is actful in substance, that moral quality is secured. “Legal” is the antithesis of equitable, and the equivalent of constructive.

Under article 61 of the Magna Carta 1215 (the founding document of our constitution) we have a right to enter into lawful rebellion if we feel we are being governed unjustly.
A vote is regarded as informal if the ballot paper has not been completed properly. Informal ballot papers are not counted towards any candidate but are set aside.

If you the individual freely choose for yourself to believe what has been presented is “IMPOSSIBLE” then it shall only become “IMPOSSIBLE” because YOU” chose to make it “IMPOSSIBLE” by “YOUR OWN FAILURE” to stand up and act for your country your children.
AEC has never experienced Australians express their lawful informal vote of no confidence #VONC “will” in writing.
AEC has no written terminology or reference such as VONC or #VONC in their documentation.
